A fourth person has been charged in the death of Australian baseball player Christopher Lane in southern Oklahoma.

The Stephens County District Attorney's Office said on Monday 22-year-old Oddesse Barnes, of Duncan, had been charged with being an accessory after murder in the death of 22-year-old Lane, of Melbourne.

Lane was jogging in Duncan last August when he was shot and killed.

Two teenagers have been charged with first-degree murder.

Barnes was arraigned Monday and entered a not guilty plea.

Online court records weren't available, and the court clerk's office said it could not provide the charging documents.

However, TV station KWTV reports court papers say Barnes aided Luna and Jones by hiding the weapon they allegedly used in the shooting.

Another teenager has also been charged with being an accessory after the fact.
