19yo bailed over street drinking
A 19-year-old man has been granted bail over a spate of charges including street drinking.
The man was arrested on Tuesday due to an outstanding arrest warrant and appeared in Geraldton Magistrate’s Court the following morning.
He is charged with damaging property, obstructing public officers, street drinking, driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content above 0.05, driving without a licence and two breaches of bail.
The alleged offences occurred between January 22 and March 5.
He was not required to enter pleas.
He will reappear in Geraldton Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.
