Man charged over Marleston stabbing

Police have arrested and charged a man over a stabbing in Adelaide’s western suburbs.

The victim was allegedly stabbed in the back at a house in Marleston just after 1am.

A police dog and patrols searched the area and arrested a man a short time later.

Police said the two men are known to each other.

They said the victim has been treated at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, but his injuries were not life threatening.

The arrested man has been charged with aggravated assault causing harm.
