Police seek help over BP truck stop robbery

Kalgoorlie Detectives are seeking assistance from the public in their investigation into a robbery at the BP truck stop on Goldfields Highway yesterday morning.

An unknown man entered the store about 2am while two female staff members were on shift and threw a bag onto the counter, demanding staff fill the bag with money.

After cash was placed in the bag the man left on foot and headed north on Goldfields Highway.

The man is described as 170cm tall with a slim build.

At the time of the offence his face was covered by a red bandana and he was wearing a black hooded jumper with black pants, black sunglasses and black shoes.
