Man in court over death of Baldivis woman

A second person charged over the 2011 death of Baldivis woman Diana Lesley Matthews has appeared in court.

Allan Bradley McIntosh, 36, appeared in Perth Magistrate’s Court this morning charged with murdering the 46-year-old on April 29, 2011.

During his brief court appearance, Mr McIntosh spoke only to confirm he understood the charge against him.

He waved at two supporters in the courtroom public gallery.

Mr McIntosh was not required to plead to the charge and he did not apply for bail.

Mr McIntosh is the second person charged over Ms Matthews’ death.

Rebecca Anne Hall, 33, appeared in court on Saturday also charged with murder over Ms Matthews’ death.

She has been remanded in custody to appear in the Stirling Gardens Magistrate’s Court later this month.

Ms Matthews’ body was found in a lake at Rockingham Memorial Park on April 29, 2011.

She was last seen at a service station in Baldivis about 7.45pm that night.

Mr McIntosh was remanded in custody to appear in the Stirling Gardens Magistrate’s Court at the end of October.
