Ronda Rousey's fued with UFC ring girl intensifies

UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey continued her beef with Octagon ring girl Arrianny Celeste regarding earlier comments about fighters pay.

Rousey remarked that Octagon girls should not be paid more than fighters as without the fighters there would be no job.

"There's definitely a lot more in what the fighters do than what [Octagon girls] do. So, I think that's one thing that's unfair," Rousey said.

Celeste, who claims she has been able to make being an Octagon girl a full-time job, claimed Rousey was no more than a bully, something Rousey did not take kindly to.

"What did I say that I was a bully? That the fighters should get paid more than the ring girls? How does that make me a bully? That makes me f**king right," Rousey said.

"I’m sorry, but she wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for the fighters. She wouldn’t."

Rousey, the biggest name in women’s fighting maintains she was simply making comment on the amount of money fighters should be earning.

"Do you think her walking in circles around the two guys or two girls out there, like, fighting for their lives, is worth more?" she said.

"You think she works harder than they do? I didn’t say that she needed a pay cut. I said either the ring card girls are paid too much, or the fighters aren’t paid enough."

Rousey defends her title this weekend at UFC 184 against Cat Zingano, where for only the third time in UFC history, two unbeaten fighters will meet for the world title.
