WATCH: Man caught stockpiling baby formula in South Australia

A man has been caught on video stockpiling baby formula.

In video obtained by 7 News, the man can be seen loading more than three boxes of the formula into the boot of his car.

He also speaks to two other men.

It’s not known whether the men are hording the formula or preparing to sell it.

Demand from China has led to synidicates buying tins in bulk to sell overseas. Coles and Woolworths have introduced limits on the number of tins customers are allowed to buy, in an attempt to combat shortages for shoppers in Australia.
