A young man is fighting for life on the Gold Coast after being hit by a bus.
It’s believed the 22-year-old was hit on Nerang Broadbeach Road at Carrara around 10pm on Friday night.
Paramedics raced to the scene and performed first aid.
The man was then taken to Gold Coast University Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
Investigators are speaking to the bus driver to try to find out how the accident happened.
