Qatar Airways terrifying flight demonstration fail
What was meant to be a luxurious demonstration of Qatar Airways’ latest route from the US to the Middle East quickly turned into a terrifying test run as the plane was forced to come to a screeching halt on the runway at JFK.
Horrifying footage has surfaced showing the moment the incident occurred on the Airbus A350 sending passengers on the luxury aircraft lurching forward in their seats.
Passengers were left visibly left shaken and some wanted to get off the plane immediately as they tried to understand why the plane had made the unscheduled stop.
Wow wow wow ... Our A350 violently aborted takeoff at JFK. Got the whole thing on video.

The doomed flight has been deemed a PR disaster as the plane was filled with journalists who were aboard for the landmark journey.
The terrifying footage was captured by Zach Honig, editor-in-chief of travel website The Points Guy who filmed from inside the cabin.
The footage shows a Qatar stewardess telling Honig to stop filming and then asks passengers to remain in their seats, reassuring them that "everything is fine".
Honing wrote that the enormous aircraft "self-aborted" and slowed from more than 160km/h to "a loud, screeching halt in roughly 15 seconds".
"To give you another idea of how abruptly we stopped... nearly all of the 200+ pillows and blankets landed on the floor, having previously been neatly arranged on each seat in economy," he wrote.
The journalist said nobody was injured but a number of passengers were understandably "quite shaken" following the incident.
Honing wrote that the Airbus's computers had deemed the 11,000-foot runway "too short" and applied the brakes automatically activated.
