Elderly woman king hit at supermarket
Shocking CCTV footage shows a young man punching an elderly woman in the face at a Russian supermarket.
Vision released by police shows the pair standing at a check out counter when the man suddenly turns around and king hits the woman next to him.
The blow is so forceful the woman is knocked to the ground and appears to lose consciousness.
Stunned bystanders rush to help the woman, while the man calmly walks away.
Witnesses claim the attack was completely unprovoked.
The elderly woman reportedly underwent surgery on her jaw and cheek bone following the assault.
Authorities are investigating.
