The website of Tasmania's Police Minister, Rene Hidding, has been hacked.
The renehiddingmp.com site has spam adverts for 14 types of prescription medication.
The drugs include weight-loss medication, sedatives and pills to help with alcohol withdrawal.
A Government spokesman said the minister's office was aware of the hack and was trying to get the website taken down as it was old and no longer used.
