Hold-up at bank in Pyrmont

Armed bandits have terrorised staff at a bank at Pyrmont in Sydney’s inner-city.

Police say two men stormed the Bendigo Bank on Harris Street, around 5pm.

One of the men was armed with a sledgehammer.

The pair fled with a small amount of cash in a blue Subaru WRX.

They were last seen heading south on Harris Street.

Luckily, no one was injured during the robbery.
