Virgin Atlantic workers sacked for donkey sex email

Four airport workers from Virgin Atlantic's Gatwick terminal have been fired for circulating a video containing donkey porn.

Titled 'What the Taliban do when they are not making improvised explosive devices', it's believed the video was filmed by US special forces in Afghanistan and features a Taliban fighter copulating with a donkey.

According to The Sunday Mirror, Virgin Atlantic employers became aware of the video when turnaround co-ordinator David Armstrong accidentally sent the video to the company's IT department.

He and three other staff members were “dismissed for serious breaches of company IT policy" according to a company spokesperson. They were warned they may have been in breach of the Obscene Publications Act.

The group claim, however, that they were unfairly dismissed because more senior Virgin staff regularly sent pornography to the airline's staff.

A source from Gatwick has been quoted as saying: “To sack these people was way over the top.”

An employment tribunal investigating the matter begins on Monday.
