Video of a shocking college brawl goes viral, man punched into pool
Footage of a shocking college brawl has gone viral on social media after one party-goer was hit so hard, he back flipped into a pool seemingly unconscious.
Instead of the brawl drawing condemnation, the majority of those watching the violent video instead laugh at the impact of the punch, and the ability of another brawler to tackle a young man.
“The (NFL club Dallas) Cowboys need to give that dude a contract,” one user says.
“Texas State need to offer him for linebacker, watch the form,” another says.
“This got funnier the more times I watched it,” another commented.
The brawl was shot by Twitter user WhiteBoy_Ejyay and posted online on Saturday.
The party brawl happened at Capstone Cottages in San Macros, which is a student housing complex close to Texas State University.
The footage, which has already been viewed tens of thousands of times, shows two men throw punches before another man comes running in and tackles one of the duo to the ground.
That hit then sparks a melee between surrounding party-goers, with one man then hit so hard he backflips into the pool.
It remains unclear if the man punched into the pool sustained any serious injuries in the fight.
