Gaga, Bennett to perform New Year's gig

Lady Gaga has confirmed she will ring in 2015 with Tony Bennett in Las Vegas.

The odd couple, who topped the US charts with their standards album Cheek to Cheek last week, have been booked to perform at The Cosmopolitan casino on New Year's Eve.

"I can't wait to kick off 2015 cheek to cheek with the legendary Mr. Tony Bennett. New Year's celebrations are about cherishing family, friendship, and the future - three things this man has taught me much about," Gaga said.

The pair joins Sir Elton John, Diplo, Skrillex and Erasure among the acts booking New Year's Eve shows in America.
