Lloyds appoints chairman of Scottish Widows

LONDON (Reuters) - Lloyds Banking Group has appointed Nick Prettejohn as chairman of its pensions company Scottish Widows Group.

The former chairman of Brit Insurance was also named as a non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group.
