Pensioner left hanging by a thread in skydive
An 80-year old skydiving pensioner who refused to jump out of the plane was left dangling from her instructor's cables as a tandem dive went terribly wrong.
The reluctant adrenalin junkie, Laverne, hurtled to the ground at speeds of around 200km/h after desperately clinging onto the door when she decided she no longer wanted to jump.
The woman appears to yell 'NO' as she reluctantly tries to avoid jumping out of the plane in California but the instructor forces her out of the plane.
As they plummet towards the ground, the cameraman comes over to assist the woman after her top had flown up and exposed her back to the high-speed wins.
The instructor and the Laverne make a successful and safe landing, although Laverne wasn't impressed when she eventually touched down.
