A yellow weather warning for fog has been issued for parts of Northern Ireland.

The Met Office said it is to last from 00:00 GMT on Wednesday until 11:00 and is active everywhere in Northern Ireland except for western parts of County Fermanagh and the north west, including Londonderry and Strabane.

Fog will bring visibility to below 100m in places, which could cause travel disruption.

The Met Office has warned that there could be slower journey times on public transport and possible delays or cancellations to flights.

Met Éireann has also issued a yellow warning for fog for parts of the Republic of Ireland from 22:00 local time on Tuesday to 10:00 on Wednesday.
