Exclusive interview: Porn star stands by claims Shane Warne hit her despite no charges

The former adult film worker who claims she was assaulted by Shane Warne inside a London club has stood by her story even though the former cricketer won’t be charged and denies the claims.

Valerie Fox has told 7 News she was invited out by friends to join Shane Warne at Loulou's in Mayfair, a central London club known for being discreet.

After drinks and some chat, the glamour model claims things took a violent turn when the Australian cricketing great became agressive.

"I just looked at him straight in the eye and I said 'you're not going to f****** dominate me' and at that point I just feel a bash on my face and I hit the wall and I fell to the floor," Ms Fox told 7 News.

“I get back up and sort of slapped him across the face... I pointed my finger at him and said you don't ever f****** touch me again."

Valerie Fox has stood by her version of events despite Warne being cleared of any wrongdoing.

Taking to Twitter, Warne dismissed the claims and said police had cleared him of any wrongdoing.

"I was shocked to read the media stories circulating earlier today concerning a false allegation of assault," he wrote.

"I have fully co-operated with the police, and they have now had the opportunity of seeing CCTV and speaking to witnesses... this is now the end of the matter."

Scotland Yard confirmed that no further action would be taken over the allegations, and Ms Fox says she won't be appealing.

However, she is publically standing by her version of events but insists she is not doing so for fame or financial gain.

"It wasn't a closed fist, as I said his hands were already close to me so this was not a case of him pulling back,” Ms Fox added.

"I'm not doing this for money... I don't need the attention."
