Police seize CCTV of man Cassie Sainsbury says set her up
Colombian police have seized CCTV footage of a mystery man that accused Aussie drug mule Cassandra Sainsbury claims set her up.
Bogota police visited the 22-year-old's downtown hotel to view and retrieve footage of the only visitor Ms Sainsbury received in her eight-night stay there.
After initially rejecting her claims about mystery man, "Angelo", police opted to investigate the matter on Wednesday afternoon (local time).
Thursday marks one month since the Adelaide woman was arrested at El Dorado International Airport after she allegedly attempted to smuggle 5.8 kilograms of cocaine, concealed in a series of headphone cases that she claims were presents for her upcoming bridal party.
Ms Sainsbury has maintained her innocence from day one but Colombian narcotics police have publicly voiced their doubts about her story.
Meanwhile her family left Adelaide on Wednesday morning bound for Bogota as the incarcerated personal trainer holds onto hope that the recently seized vision could be the key to her freedom
Cassie warned over prison antics
The CCTV seizure comes one day after vision emerged of Sainsbury behind bars in Colombia.
She is seen standing on the enclosed area outside her cell in Bogota’s El Buen Pastor prison, in an area known as the Narco's Patio for its high number of inmates on drug charges.

Ms Sainsbury appears animated, smiling, dancing and waving to the cameras while talking to fellow inmates.
Local reports have since emerged that the young Australian has been warned over her behaviour.
The images were captured when inmates were turned out of their cells while guards inspected them for drugs and contraband.
At one stage, she hands a fellow inmate a sign to hold up which says “Cassandra Pide Libertad Immediata” or “Cassandra asks for immediate release", as reported by The Courier Mail.
There was another sign held up by the group translating as "Lithuanian foreigner died by negligence at INPEC [National Penitentiary Institute]".
