Justice served for road raging BMW driver
Some luxury car drivers do little to prove wrong the stereotype of putting the ‘ass’ in ‘class’ behind the wheel.
A kucklehead BMW X5 driver was caught on camera playing dodge-‘em cars with another car on a busy highway.
The YouTube video posted on January 26, shows the BMW driver got a piece of instant karma when his road rage attack backfired.
The footage was recorded on a high speed motorway in the eastern South African city of Durban.
The clip begins with the two vehicles entering view at speed, from the far right lane, where a Volkswagen Polo is tailgated by a BMW X5.
The Volkswagon driver is forced out of the right lane, indicates left and merges into the next lane over. After the lane change is complete, the left indicator remains blinking.
The BMW swerves into the Polo at high-speed, but the other driver’s quick reflex pulls the car into the next lane within centremetres of being hit, closely behind another vehicle.
Meanwhile, the BMW driver is caught up in the commotion and spirals out of control, ending up in a roadside ditch, surrounded by smoke.
Some of the video’s 350,000 viewers shared their distain for BMW drivers, with a reputation for their arrogance on the road.
“The x5 driver got what he deserved. Thank God the polo driver managed to get away,” one wrote.
“I travel this road everyday with morons trying to intimidate people off the fast lane,” shared another.
