Policewoman gets down in viral video

A UK policewoman showed off some impressive dance skills at Manchester’s Pride celebrations on Thursday.

Inspector Jacqui Prest 44, couldn’t help but let loose in front of the crowd when Footloose came over the speakers.


Video of her dancing was shared on the Facebook page of the Greater Manchester Police and has since gone viral online.

“Check out Inspector Jacqui Prest’s dance moves… we think she can expect a call from Strictly Come Dancing any day now!‪ #‎DancingPoliceOfficer‬,” they captioned the post.

It’s so far been viewed by more than 266, 000 people.

The married mum-of-one says she’s overwhelmed by her new found fame.

“Footloose does that to me every time! My feet just started tapping, and it went from there,” she said.
