How many police officers does it take to pull over a car?
As these cops found out recently, it can sometimes take quite a few.
Video uploaded to LiveLeak on Thursday shows a woman leading police on a wild chase through the streets of a Turkish city, evading officers on several occasions.
At one point police have the woman surrounded but she manages to get away when one of the officer’s reverses his car, leaving open a getaway gap.
When police track down the woman a short distance later several officers physically try to stop the woman from driving off.
One officer finally has the bright idea to bring out the tire spikes, but in the time it takes him to get organised, the woman has edged her car forward and is able to drive over the top of the spikes when they’re laid on the ground.
Police set off in hot pursuit and eventually apprehend the woman.
Just for safe measure though, a grand total of six officers make sure she is safely locked away in the police van.
The video is the latest in a long list of police mishaps that have gone viral online, for all the wrong reasons.
