Worker suffers head injuries after he is crushed by a tonne of beans
A one-tonne bag of beans has crushed a man at a freight yard in Sydney’s west leaving him with head injuries.
The 48-year-old man is understood to have been working at freight truck business Palm Trans on Roberts Road at Eastern Creek when the accident occurred on Wednesday morning.
He was rushed to Westmead Hospital with head and leg injuries, a NSW Ambulance spokesman said.
