Woolworths launches trial of Krispy Kreme - but only in these stores
Sweet toothed Woolworths shoppers across the country may soon be able to pick up a box of Krispy Kreme donuts if a trial of the dessert favourite proves successful.
Packs of the sweet treats started appearing in Woolworths Metro stores across Sydney in September and may be expanded to other stores if they are a hit with shoppers.
Donuts in a variety of crowd favourite flavours can be picked up in Metro locations including Paddington, Potts Point, Bondi Beach, Surry Hills, Padstow, and Randwick.
They are being offered in four pack sizes exclusive to Woolworths Metro - three packs, nine packs, original and assorted.
“We are delighted to announce that Krispy Kreme doughnuts are now available in six Woolworth’s Metro stores in Sydney,” a Krispy Kreme spokesperson said.

“Delivered fresh daily, the range includes our World Famous Original Glazed doughnut as well as a selection of our Assorted doughnuts including Choc Iced Sprinkles and Kookies n Kreme that we know will bring smiles to many Woolworths customers.”
A Woolworths spokesperson said the store was always on the lookout to expand its range of “grab and go” options at Metro outlets.
“Our Woolworths Metro stores are ideal for customers who are on the go and need a convenient and quick way to shop,” they said.
“We're always looking at new products to trial and stock based on customer feedback, including 'grab & go' breakfast and snack options.”
