Woolies customer’s self-serve checkout claim

The shopper says the registers have a price discrepancy issue.

- So I went along and scanned all my groceries. There wasn't a lot, it was literally $7.40 worth. So I got to pay. I pushed the pay now button, nothing happens.

And I call over the man, ask him to help me out here, I can't pay. There was a machine next to me. So I said, why don't I just use this machine here, no big deal.

So I scanned everything. And it came out to $7.50. A whole $0.05 isn't a big deal to me, at all. That's not what I'm saying here. What I'm saying is, how many people aren't aware that this actually happens?
