Woman killed in Qld Sunshine Coast crash

A woman has died and her two young passengers have been seriously injured in a crash on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.

The 36-year-old woman died at the scene after the station wagon she was driving left Moy Pocket Road at Kenilworth and hit a tree on Tuesday morning.

An 11-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl have been airlifted to hospital with head injuries, police said.

Meanwhile, a 36-year-old Gold Coast man has died after an incident on Sunday morning, in which police believe he lost control of his bicycle and hit a retaining wall.

He was taken to hospital in a serious condition but died on Tuesday.
