Woman finds harsh note from 'imbecile' rating her parking job

A woman has returned to her car to find a stranger’s note with a very harsh rating of how she had parked.

Linda Hibbard shared an image of the message claiming her attempt was “s*** parking”, giving it a one out 10 score, on Monday morning.

“To imbecile who put this note on my car this morning which was parked in accordance with the signage at The Strand ….. I hope you get a fine,” Ms Hibbard wrote on the Brunswick Heads Community Page.

“Be warned, the parking police were there just last week fining those parked nose to the fence… may you be next.”

A number of people seemed shocked by the note, with a couple of social media users writing that others should mind their own business.

“Don’t like how someone parks get over it… more things in the world much worse to worry about,” one Facebook user commented.

Another suggested the person who penned the note appeared to think the criticism through – at least a little.

“Time taken to go over letters, for emphasis I guess or pen wouldn’t write clearly enough,” the commenter said.

“Giving a score for parking attempt, also thought through, must have been around marking other parking attempts to gain reference for scoring.”

Yahoo7 has contacted Ms Hibbard about her experience, but is yet to receive a response.
