The driver involved in a crash that killed a toddler in South Australia has been charged with causing death and injury by dangerous driving.
The woman, 63, from Semaphore Park was on Thursday charged after the car she was driving hit an unoccupied truck parked at Shea-Oak Log, north of Adelaide on Wednesday morning.
The crash killed a two-year-old girl from Grande who was a passenger in the car and died at the scene.
The other passenger was a six-year-old girl who was taken to the Women's and Children's Hospital in Adelaide with serious injuries.
The driver was airlifted to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with serious injuries. She was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on September 23.
