A young woman has become the second person charged over a break-in at an Ipswich home that left one intruder dead.
Police say a group of armed people broke into the Booval home in the early hours of Friday morning last week, allegedly hitting a 27-year-old resident in the head.
One of the suspected intruders, a 26-year-old, was shot and killed.
Police charged a 21-year-old woman with several offences on Thursday but say investigations into the shooting death are ongoing.
It's alleged she was part of the group which stormed into the home.
The woman is due to appear in Ipswich Magistrates Court on Thursday on five charges including assault and break and enter while armed.
Earlier this week, a 19-year-old man allegedly part of the group fronted court.
He was also charged with assault and carrying a gun, and is due to reappear in court on March 17.
