A Sydney woman will face charges for allegedly recruiting two teenage boys to carry out a crime after a house fire in the city's west last month.

Police have already charged a 16-year-old boy, a 17-year-old boy and a 24-year-old man over the August house fire in South Granville.

All three are currently before the courts.

The 32-year-old woman was arrested on Friday and charged with multiple offences, including dishonestly damaging a property for gain and recruiting a child to carry out or assist in a criminal activity.

She will face Parramatta Local Court on Saturday in relation to the blaze, which happened at a Namur Street property on August 10.

Emergency services were called to the address in the evening and a crime scene was established after the fire was extinguished.

The unoccupied home was destroyed in the blaze.
