Winning numbers for historic $80 million Oz Lotto jackpot revealed
The numbers for a mega $80 million Oz Lotto jackpot have been drawn.
If you purchased a ticket, you could be taking home a share in the historic prize money after the winning numbers were announced shortly before 8:30pm on Tuesday night.
The winning numbers were: 42, 35, 29, 19, 36, 14 and 25.
The supps were: 13 and 1.
Two division one winning tickets
Two lucky punters have shared in the division one prize, collecting $40 million each.
The freshly-minted millionaires have not been identified.
There were 26 division two winners, each nabbing a cool $35,878.80.
For the past eight weeks, the winning combination of seven numbers has eluded millions of Oz Lotto players, resulting in the biggest jackpot of the year.
In fact, it’s the third-highest offer in the game’s 25-year history, which will now be shared between the two lucky Aussies.
As many as one-in-four adult Australians were expected to take a punt and buy a ticket for tonight’s the draw, according to organisers.
Since Oz Lotto started jackpotting at the end of April, there have been 73 division two winners who have pocketed almost $2.5 million in prize money. But the top prize had remained elusive.
