BRIAN CHEUNG: Welcome back to Yahoo Finance Live. About seven minutes to the noon hour here on the East Coast. I want to highlight some stocks on the move. Shares of Plug Power-- all my stocks just disappeared, but the chart is still here. Plug Power up about 16% today. That's after some positive sentiment around the climate change, but also keep in mind, though, an analyst at RBC, Joseph Spak, apparently raising the price target to $29 from $18. That might explain the numbers there on that front. But again, focusing on that mover on this Wednesday.
