Night Teeth (20th)
It’s Collateral meets Near Dark, in a fun vampire thriller that looks like it should have been released in the early 2000s, but we’re totally okay with that. Fangs, cheekbones, Megan Fox and Aussie actress Lucy Fry! What more could you want?
Found (20th)
Fascinating and intimate documentary about three girls adopted by different American families travelling to China in the hope of meeting their birth parents.
Sex, Love and Goop (21st)
We regret to inform you that Gwyneth Paltrow is back on her nonsense. The latest iteration is apparently helping “courageous couples” achieve more pleasurable sex and deeper intimacy. No word yet on what body part her next candle will smell like though.
Insiders (21st)
Tricksy program where a bunch of contestants believe they're in the final round of auditions for a reality TV show, when in fact they’re already being secretly filmed. Sounds dodgy as hell tbh but could be fun?
Locke and Key S2 (22nd)
The second season of the surprise fantasy/horror gem based on the book by Joe Hill (Stephen King’s kid!). Expect more twists, turns, magic, laughter and terror as the villain from the first season’s plan begin to come to fruition.
STAN
Saw I-VI (18th)
It’s Halloween season which means you’re legally obligated to watch horror movies even if you don’t like them. So, why not have a crack at the Saw series? Watch the great first one and then wonder why none of the sequels are quite as good.
Interview With the Vampire (19th)
Prefer more classic and classy scares? Then have a gander at this sumptuous and sexy Anne Rice adaptation that showcases some of Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise and Kirsten Dunst’s best work.

A Nightmare on Elm St series + remake (22nd)
The classic series, and the pretty average remake, will be available for your spooky viewing. If you’d rather see the best, just chuck on parts one and three, but there’s good stuff in all of these entries if you have the time and inclination.
The Conjuring 1+2 (23rd)
It’s one very scary, excellent horror flick from Aussie director James Wan and one good, but ridiculously overlong one. Still, it’s hard to argue with how effective parts of both of these films are and well worth a watch on the week before Halloween.
BINGE
PICK OF THE WEEK
Succession S3 (18th)
The third season is finally here, people, this is not a drill! It’s the return of one of the darkest, funniest and most compelling family sagas around, as the Roys turn against one another in a battle of patriarch Logan (Brian Cox) versus son Kendall (Jeremy Strong). It’s the most complex and thrilling family drama you can have outside of Christmas dinner!
Fear the Walking Dead S7 (18th)
The seventh season of the first spin-off from The Walking Dead is here, which will have fans moaning with glee and everyone else asking, “Wait, that thing is still going?” Yes it is, people, and this time we’re in the aftermath of a nuclear explosion. Which… okay?
The Bachelorette S16 (20th)
Look, it’s the sixteenth season of this thing. You know what this is, and you know why you’re watching it. Don’t let anyone tell you you’re wrong. Embrace that hot garbage, kings and queens, wallow in the trash.
Bake Off: The Professionals S5 (22nd)
It’s the fifth season of Bake Off: The Professionals where actual career chefs compete for the big prize! Kinda seems to defeat the whole purpose of these shows, to be honest, but it’s still a tasty time.
Amazon Prime Video
Penguin Bloom (21st)
If you haven’t caught this well reviewed Aussie flick about the special, life-affirming magpie and Naomi Watts, you probably should. Of course, most of us just get swooped by these airborne vermin, but go off Naomi. You do you.
WeWork: Or the Making and Breaking of a $47 billion Unicorn (21st)
Eye-opening and quite enraging documentary about yet another messianic wanker with an ego that far exceeded their actual talents and the people they left broken in their wake. Basically a corporate version of Fyre Festival that was undone in six crazy weeks.
After We Fell (22nd)
The third film in the After series, about two lovers who keep breaking up for increasingly unlikely reasons. Will Hardin and Tessa finally get it together? Watch the movie to find out, bless your cotton socks.
APPLE TV+
Invasion (22nd)
Brand spanking new sci-fi thriller about an alien invasion, told through multiple characters around the world. Features a superb international cast that includes Sam Neil and Shamier Anderson, this is looking very impressive.
