With his shirt ripped, the man in red gets ready to attack again, but the man in black knocks him over.

Japan Today reports a 44-year-old American passenger on board an All Nippon Airways flight from Narita International Airport to LAX was arrested Monday night and charged with assault.

According to police and an ANA spokesperson he was deemed a potential safety threat but would not leave the plane.

It’s alleged the man was intoxicated and choked an employee.

The flight, which had already been delayed due to weather, departed one hour and 40 minutes behind schedule.
