Watch live: Tim Walz courts voters in Biden’s Pennsylvania hometown

Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democratic vice presidential nominee, is rallying voters in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania Friday.

The “Friday Night Lights” rally, a nod to Walz’s former position as an assistant football coach, will take place in Scranton, Pa., the hometown of President Biden.

Democrats and Republicans are also battling over a Senate seat in the Keystone State. Polling currently shows Democratic Sen. Bob Casey with a slim lead over his GOP challenger David McCormick with just more than a week left until Election Day.

The White House race is even narrower. Former President Trump leads Vice President Harris 48.5 percent to 48.3 percent in the battleground state, according to The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s polling aggregate.

The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. EDT.
