WATCH: Karma catches up with overtaking driver crossing unbroken line

Dashcam video has captured the moment karma catches up with a driver overtaking on unbroken lines.

The footage captured on May 25, 2018 was taken from the dashcam of a driver travelling in country NSW.

At 7.41 on a Friday morning, the driver was heading north on Silverdale Road in Werombi, near the foot of the Blue Mountains.

From the right a red car overtakes, exceeding the 90 km/hr speed limit.

However, just seconds later, a police highway patrol vehicle suddenly appears. The patrol car turns out from a lane on the right and chases the overtaking driver with sirens blazing.

The footage then shows the offending driver pulled up by the highway patrol vehicle on the left side of the road.
