Real Madrid will seek to move on from last week's drama and reignite their Champions League campaign at Borussia Monchengladbach.

Alarm bells were ringing in Madrid as Los Blancos went into last weekend's Clasico off the back of defeats to Cadiz (1-0) and Shakhtar Donetsk (3-2) in LaLiga and the Champions League respectively.

However, Zinedine Zidane's side impressed with a 3-1 win over Barcelona at Camp Nou - and next up is a chance to get their first European points on the board in Group B against Gladbach.

Date, time and venue

Borussia Monchengladbach vs Real Madrid is scheduled for an 8pm GMT kick-off on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.

The match will be behind closed doors at Borussia Park with no fans due to be present due to government guidelines regarding coronavirus.

How to watch

TV channel: The match will be televised live on BT Sport ESPN, with coverage starting from 8pm.

Live stream: BT Sport subscribers will be able to stream the match online via the video player and the BT Sport app.

Team news

Dani Carvajal is out with a knee injury, though it remains to be seen how much rotation Zidane will opt for after the Clasico.

The likes of Luka Jovic, Eder Miliato, Isco and Rodrygo could all come in.

Prediction: Gladbach 1-2 Real Madrid

While Real got off to a shaky start against Shakhtar, you'd expect them to leave Germany with three points.

Head to head (h2h) history and results

Of the four Uefa meetings between the teams, both sides have won one apiece and drawn two - though you'd have to go back to 1985 for the last meeting.
