Watch: Berlin zoo's panda cubs Leni and Lotti debut to the public with their mother
Good news for panda lovers: since 31 January, those visiting Berlin Zoo have had the unique chance to spot giant panda twins, Leni and Lotti, accompanied by their mother, Meng Meng.
Born on August 22 last year, the playful sisters have grown curious and energetic. Zoo officials suggest visiting in the morning for the best chance to witness their cuddles, explorations, and naps.
Named after Berlin icons Marlene Dietrich and Charlottenburg, Leni and Lotti represent hope for the endangered species, with fewer than 1,800 pandas remaining in the wild.
