Man who sexually assaulted two children enticed them with icy pole treats, court told

Disturbing details have emerged in court of how a man lured two children away from a Perth childcare centre and sexually assaulted them.

Vincenzo Mule, 54, enticed the five year-old-boy and four-year-old girl away from the centre in North Perth, in April 2016 - but claims he can't remember what he did to them.

They were captured on CCTV as Mule led the children 700 metres to his home, where he gave them an icy pole and then sexually assaulted them in a shed.
