Why the internet is infuriated by man changing his tyre in this particular spot

A Perth driver who failed to pull off the road to change a flat tyre has copped an online lashing after he forced drivers to swerve around him.

Dashcam footage shows a driver down on his knees as he attempts to remove the front right tyre of his car just metres before a busy intersection.

A 4WD was forced onto the wrong side of the road, placing himself in the path of oncoming traffic.

If his poor positioning didn't aggravate drivers enough, his failure to use hazard lights certainly did.

"You f****** tool… that's as dumb as it gets,” one driver can be heard saying as he too was forced to swerve around the seemingly oblivious driver.

People on social media users questioned why he didn't just pull over on the dirt section of the road instead.

"Can you imagine if there was another idiot driver texting?” One man asked.

"If he'd gone forward another 10-15 metres he'd be off the road no problem to anyone, some people just can't think practically,” another added.

Others asked why the "abusive” dashcam owner couldn't have pulled over and helped the stranded driver.

"Rther than abusing the driver with the flat, he should have pulled over, informed him to initiate the hazard lights and provided some assistance but instead he acts like a real prat and thinks the answer is to upload on Youtube,” he wrote.
