Traffic Camera Captures Moment of Truck Rollover on M1
A traffic camera captured the moment a truck flipped over on the M1 south of Brisbane on January 25, resulting in 15 kilometres of traffic congestion during peak hour.
The footage, released by the Department of Transport and Main Roads, also came with a reminder to motorists about maintaining a safe distance, saying the incident could have been prevented.
The video shows the truck trailing behind another vehicle before the driver slams on its brakes, losing control as it swerves before flipping and skidding across the road.
