Tubod Residents Struggle Through High Floodwaters from Tropical Storm Vinta
High floodwaters inundated the streets of Tubod, Lanao del Norte, on Mindanao in the Philippines on December 22, as rain from Tropical Storm Vinta continued to pound the island.
ABS CBN reported that at least three people were killed and six were missing after Tropical Storm Vinta (known internationally as Tembin) slammed into the southern Philippines island of Mindanao.
