London's Oxford Street to be pedestrianized?

Significant amounts of London's iconic Oxford Street could be pedestrianized by December 2018, if the city's Mayor Sadiq Khan's proposals are met favorably. He's hoping about half a mile of the street will become a "traffic-free pedestrian boulevard", coinciding with the arrival of the new Crossrail line in central London in December 2018. Saskia O'Donoghue reports.
