Shenzhen Skyscrapers Covered in Clouds as Typhoon Approaches China

Typhoon Khanun is expected to make landfall in southern China on the evening of October 15 or the morning of October 16, according to the China Meteorological Administration.

The typhoon is predicted to make landfall over the coastal areas from Sanya, Hainan province, to Zhanjiang, Guangdong province.

Winds of up to 40m/s (144 kph or 89 mph) are expected.
