Artist Creates Insanely Realistic Watercolor Painting

This time lapse shows the incredible watercolor painting created by Korean artist Young-sung Kim. This footage was recorded in Goyang City, South Korea in July 2017.

This is what the artist Young-sung Kim had to say about his artwork: “This series express the modern society where lives are threatened, and many things have been disappeared due to the advanced development of material civilization. The coexistence of objects representing Life (生) and Object (物) is shown as a piece of an advertisement or a theatrical piece to analyze and depict the phenomenon cold-heartedly to express the desolation of modern society and nihilism of modern people and to reveal humans’ negligence of life.” Credit: Young-sung Kim via Storyful
