Tulsa officer turns herself in on charges in death of unarmed black man

Tulsa, Okla., prosecutors have filed a first-degree manslaughter charge against Betty Shelby, the white officer who shot and killed Terence Crutcher, an unarmed African-American man, on Sept. 16. Shelby turned herself in to the Tulsa County Jail and has since been released on $50,000 bond.
