Victoria's post-lockdown rule changes

VICTORIA'S NEW COVID-19 RULES:

* The new rules are from 11.59pm on Wednesday until February 26

* Four reasons to leave home order and 5km travel radius rule scrapped

* Face masks mandatory indoors (not in homes) and outdoors where 1.5m distancing isn't possible

* Customers can remove masks when receiving beauty services

* Home gathering limit to five visitors a day, down from 15 pre-lockdown

* Up to 20 people can meet for outdoor public gatherings, infants not counted

* 50 per cent capacity for Victoria's private and public sector workforce

* Students return to on-site learning

* Shutdown retail and hospitality businesses can resume trading

* Hospitals and aged care home visits restricted to one household a day, some exceptions apply

* No attendance cap on weddings and funerals aside from venue density limits

* Spectators can return to Australian Open, final crowd figure to be announced

* 50 per cent capacity for indoor and outdoor seated entertainment venues, capped at 300 people
