Victorian mystery case, lockdown extended

VICTORIA'S LATEST COVID-19 OUTBREAK:

* New locally acquired cases (during 24-hour reporting period): 13, four infections reported on Monday

* Linked cases: 7 linked to Ms Frankie, 2 to Trinity Grammar, 2 to MCG and 1 to Phillip Island

* Mystery cases: 1 - a Roxburgh Park woman in her 20s, investigations into possible connection to Hume family cluster

* Infectious while in the community: 4 out of 13

* Total for current community outbreak: 85

* New hotel quarantine cases: 2

* Exposure sites: More than 320 (www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au)

* Primary close contacts: 18,000

* Tests conducted (during 24-hour reporting period): 49,454

* Vaccinations at state-run sites (during 24-hour reporting period): 17,083

* Restrictions: Victoria's fifth lockdown will be extended by seven days until 11.59pm Tuesday, July 27. Students with a disability who cannot learn from home can return to school. Some outdoor workers, pet groomers and delivery services can return to work

* Red zone permits tightened: After 11:59pm Tuesday, the only people allowed into Victoria from red zones will be authorised workers or for compassionate reasons, with a new red permit required

* Borders: New Zealand, Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia are closed to Victoria
