VICTORIA'S LATEST COVID-19 OUTBREAK, MONDAY JULY 19:

* New locally acquired cases (during 24-hour reporting period): 13, one was previously reported

* Additional locally acquired cases (after 24-hour reporting period): four

* Infectious while in the community: 12 of 13

* Total for current outbreak: 76

* New hotel quarantine cases: one

* Exposure sites: More than 280 (www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au)

* Primary close contacts: about 15,800

* Tests conducted (during 24-hour reporting period): 54,839

* Vaccinations at state-run sites (during 24-hour reporting period): 14,758

* Restrictions: Victoria's fifth lockdown will be extended beyond Tuesday

* Borders: Queensland, Tasmania, South Australia and Western Australia are closed to Victoria
